To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Peek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Peek if necessary to protect the app, comply with law, enforce these terms, or address misuse.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Peek after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
